Full Job Description

Wally Armour CDJR is looking for reliable Office Assistant. We are a family owned and operated dealership that has been in business for 45 years. We are the Number volume auto dealership in Stark County and are always looking for good people to join our team.

IFYOUR COMMUTE IS OVER 20 MINUTES YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICLY DECLINED.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist with basic bookkeeping - Assist Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk - Assist Title clerk

Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with event planning processes is a plus
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus

Monthly Bonus Program is rewarded to job proficiency and excellent attendance.

Hours:

- Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Once or twice a month we will require an afternoon shift. Once every other month may require a Saturday shift.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their administrative skills while supporting the daily operations of the office.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
