Harvard Partners Health, NurseBoard is looking for a high-energy networking, sales and recruiting professional with strong healthcare connections to develop new staffing partnerships with clinics, surgery centers, rehab, dental, specialty practices, hospitals, SNFs and other healthcare facilities. Uncapped earnings Compensation only 1099 Independent Contractor 100% commission / aggressive margin split Premium payout on direct hire placements. Full autonomy + remote.
What You'll Do
- Hunting for new business and closing deals.
- Grow new healthcare accounts through networking, outreach, and relationship building
- Recruit and place healthcare professionals, coordiante with facility staff
- Manage the full desk from business development to placement
- Daily travel locally (up to 50%) to build client relationships
