Business Development Coordinator – SurePath Network

Remote | Immediate Start

ABOUT SUREPATH NETWORK

SurePath Network is a platform that connects healthcare providers with a vetted network of 503B compounding pharmacies, giving clinics nationwide access to high-demand medications. We're growing fast and need a driven Business Development Coordinator to fuel our sales pipeline — you book the meetings, our closer handles the rest.

THE ROLE

Your focus is outbound prospecting: identifying wellness clinics, med spas, and healthcare providers, getting decision-makers on the phone, building rapport, and locking in qualified appointments for our sales closer. You won't be responsible for closing — just filling the calendar with appointments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make high-volume outbound calls and emails to wellness clinics, med spas, primary care, and specialty healthcare providers

- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales closer

- Communicate SurePath Network's value proposition clearly and confidently

- Maintain accurate call notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline activity

- Hit daily/weekly call and appointment targets

- Build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

(Comission-based only role) but can lead to base pay and other incentives within the first 90 days

Per-Appointment Bonus – Earn a bonus for every qualified appointment you schedule, paid regardless of outcome

Closed-Deal Bonus – Earn an additional bonus every time the closer converts one of your booked appointments into a paying client — you get rewarded twice

Uncapped Earning Potential – The more appointments you set and deals that close, the more you earn

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person.

- Prior outreach, cold calling, or sales experience preferred

- Experience in pharma, medical, or B2B sales a strong plus

- CRM or pipeline tracking experience helpful

- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls
