All

Provide functional consultation for total digital transformation for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a core platform.

Lead the client engagement for end-to-end functional and business process transformation with a team of analysts and developers
Ensure successful mapping of business logic on Retail and Warehousing applications
Organize documentation detailing initiatives and SOPs for business to approve and technical team to use as requirements.
Conduct fit/gap analysis and map customer requirements on Dynamics 365 by implementing configurations and designing custom solutions
Conduct stakeholder analysis for determining action plan detailing sessions, methods, applications, solution, and skill that will be needed.
Work directly with business to understand business needs to integrate third party applications such as KingswaySoft for migration and integration of data, SKG as Treasury Automation Suite, Vertex for Taxation and Stripe for Payment Gateways
Functional review and training moderation for business users with guides and walk-through sessions for enhanced analytics to be used in the form of reports and Ad-hoc analysis.
Analyze the scope of business requirement and propose business solutions. Perform business process re-engineering and implementation of software systems; and provide guidance using industry best practices.
Proficient of using BA tools and agile or waterfall methodology for existing or new software systems and implementation of Dynamics AX 2012R2/R2, Dynamics 365 for finance, supply chain, retail and warehouse systems in industries Retail, Manufacturing and Consumer goods
Confer with Personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented System and Procedures.
Communicate with management team, sponsors and business area experts to ensure solution acceptability.
Manage project deliverables, ensure seamless customer engagement, starting from Identification of functional issue and driving towards its resolutions,

This professional position requires at least a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, with 2 years of experience in the offered position. This is currently a remote-based role. The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
