POSITION OVERVIEW:

Catalytic Combustion is immediately hiring for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist serves as a critical link between customers and internal operations, ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting order management, production coordination and administrative functions.

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for:

Maintaining accurate ERP master data
Processing customer orders
Supporting customer onboarding and compliance requirements
Works closely with Quality, Production, Sales, Service and Finance teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment, resolve customer issues, monitory delivery performance and maintain customer-related documentation and portals.
Assists with billing activities, inventory reconciliation and service-related purchasing
Contributes to overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Location: Onsite - Bloomer, WI

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities at once
1-3 years working experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling or coordination is preferred
Strong computer skills are required
Strong phone and email etiquette skills required
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
