Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Risk Adjustment Coding Auditor to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of medical coding related to risk adjustment programs, primarily focusing on the proper documentation and coding of diagnoses and procedures. Your expertise will support accurate reimbursement, improve data quality, and enhance overall revenue cycle management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the integrity of healthcare data while working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Duties

JD: This role will be occupied by a certified risk adjustment coder to support first and second pass auditing for CMS RADV's.
Required skillset:
MS Suite
CPC
certified CRC
certified 5+ years of risk adjustment experience

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Experience:

Risk adjustment: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Certified Professional Coder (Required)
