Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Encoder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and organization of vital information. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will contribute to smooth operational workflows and support overall business objectives. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative and data management skills within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software platforms with precision and speed
Maintain accurate records through diligent data entry, filing, and document management practices
Transcribe information from physical or digital sources into electronic formats, ensuring clarity and correctness
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organize datasets, and generate reports for management review
Support order entry processes by verifying details and processing transactions efficiently
Collect, verify, and update data to ensure consistency across multiple platforms
Organize files systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and maintain data integrity during audits or reviews

Skills

Proficiency in working with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in data collection, entry, transcription, and clerical tasks within an office environment
Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with office procedures such as filing, order processing, and record keeping
Computer literacy including familiarity with office software, data entry tools, and pivot table creation
