Client Overview:
Our client is a global luxury fashion house recognized for its craftsmanship, timeless design, and commitment to exceptional quality. Their boutiques offer a refined, client-first experience that emphasizes authenticity, service, and long-term relationships, and they are looking for a Freelance Luxury Client Advisor for their San Jose location.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr - $35/hr

Position Overview:
The Freelance Luxury Client Advisor will be responsible for providing an elevated client experience while driving retail sales and building lasting client relationships. This individual will serve as a trusted style advisor, embodying the brand's aesthetic and ensuring each client receives personalized service.

Responsibilities of the Freelance Luxury Client Advisor:

Deliver exceptional client service, building strong and lasting relationships.
Act as a style expert and brand ambassador, offering wardrobe guidance and styling recommendations.
Consistently drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Foster a welcoming, luxury client experience in-store.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current fashion trends.

Required Experience/Skills for the Freelance Luxury Client Advisor:

Minimum 2 years of luxury retail sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Exceptional customer service skills and a client-first mindset.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Freelance Luxury Client Advisor:

Knowledge of both women's and men's fashion trends and styling techniques.
Established client book within the luxury fashion industry.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field preferred.
