Being one of the nation’s premier destinations for fine pianos, with flagship showrooms in New York and California. We are now expanding into the Chicago market as we continue to extend our luxury retail presence to the Mid-west region.

We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Administrator to join the team of our newest Chicago showroom a role designed for someone who brings sales instincts, a love of music, and the drive to grow. This is not a purely administrative position, it is an entry point for the right candidate to demonstrate their abilities, learn the business from the ground up, and earn a transition into a Sales Consultant role within 6 to 12 months.

Being part of a showroom launch means your contributions matter from day one. If you are polished, personable, and ready to grow within a luxury retail environment, this is your runway.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage showroom visitors, providing a warm, concierge-level first impression
Support the sales team with client follow-ups, showroom presentations, and the overall buying experience
Handle post-sale coordination including invoicing, payment collection, and delivery scheduling
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and client interactions using internal systems
Coordinate with piano movers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Oversee daily showroom organization, cleanliness, climate, and general operational needs

Where You're Headed:

High performers in this role will be developed and promoted into a Sales Consultant position within 6-12 months, where responsibilities expand to include:

Guiding discerning clients through the selection and purchase of fine instruments
Building and maintaining a personal client portfolio through referrals and ongoing engagement
Communicating tonal and technical distinctions between premium piano brands
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals with professionalism and integrity
Support showroom events, recitals and engagement activities while cultivating relationships with various organizations in the Chicago market
Maintain showroom display standards that upholds our luxury retail environment

Who You Are

You have prior sales experience in retail, luxury, or client-facing environments and are ready to apply it in a more refined, high-touch setting
You are a musician, ideally with piano experience; the ability to play is strongly preferred
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, and carry yourself with warmth and professionalism
You are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a growing team
You are tech-savvy and can quickly adapt to new systems
You are ambitious and ready to build a career, not just a position

Pay: $25.00 per hour
