About the Role

The Client Service Associate delivers high-quality service and relationship management to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, this role ensures seamless coordination of financial services, responds to client inquiries, and works closely with wealth advisors, portfolio managers, and other internal partners to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated and trusted point of contact for an assigned portfolio of high-net-worth clients
Facilitate onboarding and account setup for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm requirements
Manage day-to-day client service needs, including money movement requests, account maintenance, documentation, and reporting
Proactively engage clients through regular communication to strengthen relationships
Collaborate with wealth advisors, portfolio managers, and tax and estate planning professionals to deliver an integrated wealth management experience
Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and keep CRM systems up to date

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client service instincts and a genuine desire to help people
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow a defined process
Self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple projects
Eagerness to learn new technologies that enhance firm efficiency and the client experience
Experience with CRM systems and financial platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office, Tamarac) is a plus
