Join a High-Earning Sales Team in the Precious Metals Industry

Are you a driven sales professional looking for an opportunity where your income is directly tied to your effort and results? Worxweb Solutions is recruiting Account Executives on behalf of a well-established precious metals brokerage firm in West Palm Beach, FL. This is an in-office, high-activity sales role with an uncapped commission structure and serious earning potential for the right person.

Position: Account Executive Precious Metals

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (onsite)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM

Compensation: $500 weekly draw against commission | Estimated $175,000 to $500,000+ annually

About Our Client

Our client is an established brokerage firm operating in the precious metals and commodities space. Their team works directly with investors and institutions to facilitate gold and precious metals transactions. With average trade sizes of $140,000, top performers in this environment build substantial income quickly. The culture is fast-paced, competitive, and rewards those who put in the work.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via a dialer to connect with potential investors and clients. Present and sell gold and precious metals investment opportunities to qualified prospects. Build and manage a client pipeline through consistent follow-up and consultative sales conversations. Stay current on market conditions, economic trends, and relevant political and business developments that influence the precious metals market. Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM. Work toward and exceed individual sales targets.

Requirements

One to two years of consultative sales experience required.
A genuine interest in financial markets, commodities, or economic affairs is strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone.
Self-motivated and comfortable in a high-activity, results-driven environment.
Clean background required.
Must be based in or able to reliably commute to West Palm Beach, FL.

Compensation and Incentives

Draw: $500 per week against commission.

Commission Structure:

W-2 arrangement: 3.5% of total trade amount per closed deal
Straight commission arrangement: 4.0% of total trade amount per closed deal
Average trade size: $140,000

Estimated annual earnings based on consistent production:

Developing producer: approximately $175,000 per year
Strong consistent producer: approximately $300,000 per year
Top performer: approximately $500,000 or more per year

Actual earnings vary based on activity level, close rate, and trade volume. This is a commission-driven role with significant upside for those who perform.
