JOB Title: Managed IT Services Sales Specialist

ImageNet Managed IT Services is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an individual to sell our unique, comprehensive Managed IT solution to our customers and prospects. If you love technology sales, this is an opportunity for you to help customers with a comprehensive suite of services including helpdesk, server management, 24/7 network monitoring, backup, cloud computing, vCIO services, and cybersecurity.

Overview

Target some existing but mostly new customers with an innovative offering in Managed IT and Cyber Security Services & Strategy for small to medium-sized companies. You will develop business relationships and meet with key decision makers to discover how we can partner with them to best meet their technology needs. No overnight traveling required.

Responsibilities

Meet activity objectives for calls, appointments, proposals, and transactions closed. Manage an ongoing pipeline of business, maintain appropriate funnel in each aspect of the sales process to include closing ratio. Work with the Technical Account Manager (vCIO) to configure solutions. The service will generally be sold to a Business Owner, CFO, Controller, or Operations Manager. Most of the activity is in developing and closing new business with some ongoing account management.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related field desired
Information technology, software and associated business application certifications helpful

Qualifications

B2B Sales/Business Development experience meeting/exceeding quota preferred
Information technology or related IT/Phone Systems or software Sales experience helpful
Experience calling SMB owners & executive level decision makers preferred
Persuasive in selling against the status quo
Fundamental understanding of consultative, solutions sales process for information technologies and networking concepts with the ability to develop a conversational aptitude around general network technology is helpful

Skills

Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial thinker; assertive, flexible; continuous learner
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Works well in a team selling environment
Good presentation skills, listening skills also a must
Ability to overcome objections
Ability to follow a defined sales process and activities
