Location: Applicants MUST be willing to work on-site in Rochester, NY and have a reliable means of transportation

Contract: 2 months

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Days/Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description:

We are hiring for a skilled Commissions Coordinator! In this full-time opportunity, you will manage sales inquiries related to compensation and revenue recognition, research each request for compliance, and making necessary adjustment to sales results to ensure that sales personnel are compensated accurately. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in customer service and finance. Strong technical, customer service, and organizational skills are required to succeed in this position. Does this interest you? Apply now!

Job Summary:

Completes assigned monthly tasks for processing, auditing, and reporting sales representative’s commissions to ensure the sales force is paid accurately and timely.
Responds to sales management and their assistants regarding issues concerning sales compensation policies and procedures.
Maintains comprehensive understanding of related finance or operational systems.
Represents Corporate Commission team on projects including but not limited to system enhancements, new products, fiscal year changes.
Creates and runs various sales statistical reports to include: turnover, recognition programs, national programs, referral programs and award recipients.
Creates and manages documentation of departmental procedures to ensure consistency in calculations, audits, and all financial processes.
Manages calculations and bonus exceptions and submits for payment.
Investigates and communicates statistical and commission related concerns of the sales organization to internal partners.

Qualifications:

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in business, Finance, and/or Accounting
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Customer Service and Finance
Strong technical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and report-writing tools
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
US citizen or permanent resident status.
Completion of a background check.
