Full Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant (Contract)
Location: Irvine, CA (On-site)
Duration: Temporary

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established real estate company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support during a leave of absence. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, professional environment and partner closely with senior leadership.

This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing conflicting requests
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Support meeting coordination, including agendas, materials, and notes
Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Assist with special projects, events, and team initiatives
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus
Strong calendar management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with expense and travel tools (e.g., Concur) preferred
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
