Full Job Description

Job Summary:

Egg Medical is seeking a creative, versatile Marketing Communications & Graphic Designer to join our team. This person will be the primary driver of Egg Medical's visual identity and marketing content across digital, print, and clinical education channels. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and clinical teams to translate technical product information into compelling, audience-appropriate communications that resonate with clinicians, health system decision-makers, and investors alike.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who is equally comfortable designing a data-rich clinical sales sheet and writing a punchy social media caption — and who thrives in a lean, collaborative environment where good ideas move fast.

Egg Medical is open to considering candidates for on-site, hybrid or remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and evolve Egg Medical’s visual brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in typography, color, layout, and tone
Design print and digital marketing collateral including product brochures, sales sheets, trade show graphics, and packaging inserts
Develop presentation templates, pitch decks, and investor materials in collaboration with leadership
Create branded templates for recurring use across the organization (email headers, slide decks, one-pagers, social graphics)
Develop clinical education materials, including procedure guides, comparative data visuals, and outcome summaries
Collaborate on taglines and campaign messaging that speaks to clinical and administrative audiences
Support content development for conference presentations, symposium materials, and physician-facing literature
Design visual elements and assist with social media content, email campaigns, product launches, and digital advertising
Support website content updates and analyze performance metrics to optimize
Work with clinical and product teams to accurately represent technical product data in marketing materials
Coordinate with external vendors including print shops, trade show suppliers, and photography/video teams

Required Qualifications:

3–6 years of experience in marketing communications, graphic design, or a related role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva
Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for clinical, commercial, and executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for template development
Portfolio demonstrating range across print design, digital content, and brand work
Ability to work after-hours or off-hours occasionally and travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences marketing and understanding of clinical environments or working with regulatory content
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar) and social media platforms
Experience supporting product launches or trade show activations

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, direct hire position with a broad starting salary range to be determined by years and level of experience
Base salary estimated to start between $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
Additional bonus/incentive compensation available.
Company laptop provided.
Insurance available on the 1st of the month following date of hire, including: health, dental and vision insurance, plus pre-tax or Roth 401k available after 30 days.
PTO accrues starting at 15 days, plus 12 company paid holidays.
