Job Description

As a compliance administrator you will work hand in hand with AIP's, Agent, and Account Managers to properly handle compliance paperwork and submissions.

Please see the day to day duties:

Handles task requests and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Communicates contract language in terms callers will understand.
Maintain customers’ account details in our management system.
Communicates with customers on account changes.
Completes specific projects relating to customers’ requests.
Assists other departments in handling customer needs.
Ability to discuss billing and provide accounting assistance to customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
As a compliance administrator you will work hand in hand with AIP's, Agent, and Account Managers to properly handle compliance paperwork and submissions.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. Relevant associate’s degree highly preferred.
Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong follow through and organizational skills.
Adaptable to a quick pace with advanced time management skills.
Possess strong people skills and highly service oriented.
Must work well in a multi-task, team-focused environment, and independently.
General computer knowledge, able to work in Microsoft office products, and ability to learn multiple software programs.
