Through Nuflaat, everyday moments become extraordinary dining scenes—immerse yourself in a dining experience unlike any other.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & End-User Support

Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day NetSuite operations and end-user support.
Maintain and manage user roles and permissions, including periodic access reviews.
Configure and support saved searches, dashboards, custom fields, forms, workflows, and other configuration changes.

Configuration & Process Improvement

Analyze, document, and improve core business processes (order-to-cash, procurement, inventory, and fulfillment), translating requirements into NetSuite configuration and automation.
Gather, prioritize, and track enhancement requests, maintaining a backlog of system improvements.

Integrations, Scripting & Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite integration errors, performing root-cause analysis and implementing preventative fixes.
Monitor, deploy, and troubleshoot NetSuite scripts and workflows.
Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and integration flows, proactively addressing issues before they impact users.

Projects, Governance & Documentation

Support NetSuite upgrades and implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, user training, and documentation.
Perform changes in a sandbox environment and follow change management procedures before deploying to production.
Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and security, including audit support.
Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, integration mappings, troubleshooting procedures, and operational workflows.

Collaboration & Escalation

Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and SaaS providers on enhancements, escalations, and technical support.
Escalate high-impact or architecture-level issues to the IT Systems Manager and collaborate on long-term solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration or ERP systems experience.
Experience with SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, reporting, multi-subsidiary environments, and sandbox testing.
Familiarity with APIs and the data flows between SaaS and ERP systems.
Experience with SaaS and ERP platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, SAP, or similar systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook and Excel).
Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Self-starter who adapts well to a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
