Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency, optimize sales processes, and empower our sales team with data-driven insights. This pivotal role combines strategic analysis with hands-on sales management to enhance business performance, streamline operations, and support our growth objectives.

Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of sales processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, automate reporting, and enhance overall business intelligence capabilities.
Manage forecasting models to accurately predict sales performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Conduct regular analysis of sales pipeline health, territory coverage, and account performance to identify growth opportunities.
Strong business analysis skills with a focus on sales operations or related fields.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear insights.
Demonstrated sales management experience with a track record of process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of forecasting techniques and sales process optimization strategies.
Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Managed end-to-end order processing to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Delivered responsive customer support and resolved order-related inquiries.
Maintained pricing structures and implemented pricing controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Performed EDI analysis, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to support seamless transaction processing.
Coordinated and communicated customer expedite requests across departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of seven years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and customers.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong mathematical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and support business decision-making.
