Full Job Description

General Purpose of Position:

Provide AV and general ITR support for Prasco Park events and internal meetings, along with training users in the best practices for AV technology.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Duties/Responsibilities

Assist in optimizing and maintaining AV experiences for employees and visitors

Provide onsite coverage for events and meetings

Provide general IT support on an as needed basis

Primary support of technology for Prasco Park (baseball stadium complex)

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Systems
3-5 years’ experience working in Information Technology with a focus on AV systems.
Experience with Teams, Zoom and Other Video Conferencing Tools.
Q-SYS Level 1 & Level 2 Certification (Preferred)
Technology Support of Events a Plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to sit at desk for extended periods of time
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time during events
Extended viewing of computer screens and manual dexterity to operate office equipment
Required to sit, talk, see and hear. Occasionally required to walk, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must use hands and fingers to operate computer
Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned. Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment
The work environment is mainly indoors, will need to assist with events and projects outside. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet
This position is on site at our Mason, Ohio campus
