Full Job Description

Please Note: A Secret Security Clearance is required for this position. While Filius Corporation will sponsor hires in obtaining this clearance, only US citizens (naturalized citizenship is acceptable) can be considered.

Filius Corporation seeks an experienced Cyber Infrastructure Specialist to support and enhance our IT infrastructure and security operations. The role involves collaboration with System Administrators and the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to manage and secure unclassified and classified IT systems, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
Implement and manage Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls.
Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions (Bitdefender GravityZone, Action1).
Manage mobile device security using Microsoft Intune (MDM) and support configuration of mobile device policies (current and future platforms).
Support compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC 2.0, including documentation and audit preparation.
Monitor system logs and alerts using Microsoft Sentinel and Windows Event Viewer; respond to incidents promptly.
Coordinate securely with cloud providers (e.g., Microsoft 365, Cloudflare).
Provide technical support, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting across diverse platforms.
Administer classified network servers and workstations (Windows/Linux), adhering strictly to USG requirements documents (DISA STIGs, DD254, SCGs, CND Directives).
Complete and manage STIG checklists and compliance configurations.
Ensure anti-virus software updates align with CND Directives.
Lead patch management for all servers and workstations (Microsoft, Java, Adobe).
Review vulnerability scans (ACAS, Nessus) and remediate findings.
Notify ISSM/ISSO immediately of system irregularities or security incidents; participate actively in incident responses.
Manage user account lifecycle and documentation in coordination with ISSM/ISSO.
Engage in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to streamline administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency..

Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA: Security+, Network+, A+
Microsoft: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200), Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801), Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
Familiarity with endpoint management/security tools (Bitdefender GravityZone, Action1, Hexnode).
Understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC 2.0).
Experience administering classified systems (DISA STIGs, DoD directives).
Basic proficiency with scripting/programming (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Coding or ai experience preferred.
Security clearance preferred but not required.

Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), working closely with System Administrators to maintain organizational IT security and integrity.
