Full Job Description

Commercial Glassing Contractor is looking to hire ASAP an experienced Office Manager, for a fast paced & smoke free environment to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accounts Payable ( Purchase Orders, Bills, Bill Payments)
Credit Cards Charges
Credit Cards Reconciliations
Accounts Receivable (Assist with Project's Billing, AIA & Waivers Forms).
Payroll (Data Entry Time Cards)
Daily Schedule

Requirements:

Work experience as an Office Manager , Accounting Assistant, or Accounting Clerk
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures within the construction industry
Familiarity with finance regulations
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software ( QuickBooks)
Organization skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Deadline and detail-oriented

A minimum 2 years Associates College Degree it's a plus but not required.
