Full Job Description

FlurrySports is a sports media company that produces articles, videos, and podcasts. If you want to join a fun company that has a start-up atmosphere, then you may have found a good fit! While we try to keep our content conversational and fun (we are talking about sports after all), content quality remains the top focus at our company.

With the majority of our following being from the fantasy football industry, FlurrySports is looking to grow our team for the upcoming season! We are looking to add both writers and content creators (video) for the 2026 NFL season.

FlurrySports founder Zach Brunner is a top-industry fantasy football ranker, so many eyes will be on our team to deliver quality content to our fans and viewers. To join our team, you must be competitive, creative, and love fantasy football.

This is a remote position, meaning communication will be key in order for this to be effective. Pay will be performance-based, paying $5 per 1,000 views with no ceiling. Additionally, this can be a great resume builder, and we will work with you to earn college credit for relevant internships, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Create multiple weekly articles highlighting key fantasy football news and trends, while including analysis on why this news matters through the scope of fantasy football.
Record and edit weekly YouTube Shorts, Instagram/Facebook Reels and TikToks covering news in the NFL, while providing analysis on why the news matters for fantasy football managers.
Produce content ideas of your own that reflect search trends and showcase FlurrySports in a positive light.
Collaborate with others on the FlurrySports team through our main communication methods
Interact with company content and browse other industry content to stay up to date on happenings.

What are we looking for?

Experience creating content (writing articles/recording videos) is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge and utilization of Google Trends
Knowledge and utilization of various social media platforms, including X, Reddit and Facebook.
Ability to meet content timelines
Proficiency with content management systems
Quality written communication skills
Knowledge of the NFL
Active fantasy football player
