Full Job Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Call Center Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.

Start date: July 20th

Pay Rate: $14/hr.

Training Dates: July 20 - July 31

Training Schedule:

Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Operating Hours

The call center operates 7 days per week.

Required Availability for this role:

Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST

We are seeking professional and customer-focused Remote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support a leading wireless communications company. In this role, you will handle inbound customer service calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a fully remote opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, excellent listening abilities, and a passion for helping customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner
Follow all scripts, procedures, and client guidelines
Provide customers with accurate information and solutions
Offer additional resources and assistance as appropriate
Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
Escalate issues when necessary following established procedures
Maintain daily communication with supervisors and team leads
Protect confidential customer information and comply with all privacy and security requirements
Meet quality, attendance, and performance expectations

Basic Hiring Criteria:

Experience in handling customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer's concerns
Exceptional active listening skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to ask questions, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary
Ability to conduct phone interviews in a professional manner that reflects emotional and cultural awareness
