Full Job Description

Office Manager / Accounting Manager / Comptroller

Hatch Toyota Stateline – Silver City, NM

Hatch Toyota Stateline is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager / Accounting Manager / Comptroller to lead our dealership accounting office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, family-owned dealership that values integrity, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Oversee all dealership accounting operations
Manage daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits
Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Manage payroll and employee records
Oversee vehicle flooring and lender reconciliations
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and accounting standards
Supervise and develop office staff
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Work closely with dealership leadership to improve financial performance and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
Office Manager or Controller experience is highly preferred
Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
Experience with dealership management software (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
