Marketing & Growth Coordinator

Gaithersburg, MD | Full-Time | In-Office Preferred

Electrical Connections is a residential electrical service company serving homeowners across Maryland. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a marketing professional who wants more than just a marketing job.

This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences how many calls come into the business, how the community sees our brand, and how we grow our team of electricians.

If you love combining strategy + creativity + data, and want to see your work translate into real business results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do - Drive Marketing That Fuels Growth

Build and execute seasonal marketing campaigns that increase calls, bookings, and revenue
Create campaigns around promotions, safety, seasonality, and customer engagement
Keep messaging consistent across all marketing channels

Own Marketing Performance & Data

Track daily marketing performance in Service Titan
Monitor leads, call quality, bookings, and ROI
Identify what’s working—and what needs to change fast
Make data-backed recommendations that improve results and reduce waste

Lead Vendors & Marketing Partners

Manage relationships with SEO, PPC, social media, print, and creative partners
Review performance and hold vendors accountable
Optimize spend based on ROI and lead quality

Manage Digital & Traditional Marketing

Social media content and scheduling
Email and SMS campaigns
Website updates and SEO oversight
Direct mail, door hangers, and local community marketing
Review management and online reputation

Support Recruiting & Employer Branding

Create content that attracts skilled electricians
Highlight company culture, technicians, and career opportunities
Support hiring campaigns, career fairs, and trade school outreach
Help grow a company with a goal of 35 technicians in 3 years

Improve Systems & Operations

Support operational improvements and internal processes
Work closely with leadership on growth initiatives
Help improve customer experience through marketing insights

What Success Looks Like

Strong, consistent call volume and high-quality leads
Healthy, reliable 3-day call board
Positive return on marketing investment (ROI/ROAS)
Growing brand presence in Maryland communities
Increased technician recruiting pipeline
Continuous improvement in marketing efficiency and performance

What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing, communications, business, or operations
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfortable working with data and making decisions from it
Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
Experience in home services or trades is helpful but not required
