Call Center Representative

Location: 21239 FM 529 Rd. Cypress, TX 77433 (In-Person)

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $16 to $18 per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires very professional communication skills, the ability to handle inquiries efficiently, attention to detail when documenting call notes within our system, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications:

Professional overall Customer Service centered skills
Professional and articulate communication with customers and internal staff
Positive attitude that is service minded
Strong office skills including proficiency in data entry & computer systems/software
Creative problem solving skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and to deescalate situations when necessary in order to maintain our customer’s trust and confidence
Multi-tasking while on calls, documenting notes and maintaining connection/communication at all times
Prior experience in Customer Service or a Call Center is strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Utilize phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for callers
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints promptly
Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to office protocols and policies
