Full Job Description

Diligent Delivery Systems is expanding and hiring a full-time strategic Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least 1 year of experience in our Austin, TX location. This position requires critical thinking and problem-solving in handling all customer requirements and needs. It will develop and maintain strong customer relationships in order to generate the highest possible levels of excellent customer service.

In-Office. No remote or hybrid work schedule is available.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Answer high volume calls
Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues

Key points and requirements to the position are:

1 year customer service experience.
Critical thinking and problem solving
Data entry experience
Good record keeping
Fast-paced environment; constant deadlines and sometimes switching tasks midstream
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Call center environment experience a plus.
Good communication skills; ability to learn new software systems with training
Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Able to work full-time regular office hours with flexibility to work some overtime if needed.
Work schedule: Monday – Friday 1st Shift
