Full Job Description

Are you a talented production designer with several years of experience creating business-to-business (B2B) technology marketing visuals? Can you manage projects for multiple clients at the same time while making sure each one follows its own brand guidelines? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

As a production designer at MarketReach, you'll draw on your strong grasp of best practices to keep layouts consistent across branding work and revisions. You'll shape solution briefs, infographics, data sheets, presentations, email messages, and interactive marketing materials. We're looking for someone who thrives both on their own and as part of a team, producing high-quality layouts and revisions that reflect creative excellence.

You'll report to our creative director and work closely with fellow designers and production team members, project managers, proofreaders, web developers, and our traffic manager. Our work is fast-paced and deadline-driven, so tight turnaround times come with the territory. As a MarketReach graphic designer, you will:

Maintain an understanding of client brand guidelines.
Take direction from design team members, production manager, and production designers.
Take responsibility for the production of print and digital deliverables.
Incorporate client-recommended changes into final designs.
Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing and web projects.
Meet deadlines set by the Traffic Department.
Research and retouch photos.
Assist in template creation for collateral and presentations.
Assist senior production designers with tasks.
Contribute to MarketReach marketing efforts—for example, compiling and sharing project information, contributing your
Work remotely from your home office, with the option of hybrid work if you’re located a commutable distance to our southern NH location.

Ideally, you are:

2-4 years of professional design experience at an agency or in-house creative department
In-depth knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work in a team-based and collaborative atmosphere
Ability to solve problems
