Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and warm calling strategies to promote our innovative technology solutions. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive business development and foster strong customer relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to our company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services
Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and identify new business opportunities
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process
Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding sales activities, challenges, and opportunities for growth

Experience

Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
Experience in B2B sales or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
