Established in 2018, Genesis Seed and Specialties is a fast-growing leader in agricultural production, grain processing, and commodity marketing. We are looking for a dynamic Commodity/Seed Sales Marketer who shares our vision for growth and is ready to elevate the Genesis brand across the region and beyond.

The Role

Are you a charismatic communicator who is equally comfortable talking shop with a producer in the field as you are launching a digital marketing campaign? Do you have the drive to hit the road and build an agricultural network from the ground up?

As our Commodity/Seed Sales Marketer, you will be the face and voice of Genesis. You will bridge the gap between traditional relationship-based ag sales and modern digital marketing, driving dealership development and helping producers maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities

Dealership Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new seed dealers, expanding our regional footprint and supporting our network.
Producer Relations: Build strong, trust-based relationships with agricultural producers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored seed and commodity solutions.
Local & Regional Marketing Strategies: Design and execute localized marketing campaigns that align with the overarching Genesis brand vision.
Online Marketing & Brand Management: Champion our digital presence. Utilize online marketing tools, social media, and targeted content to reach producers and dealers effectively.
Information Management: Keep our team and customer base informed by managing market data, product performance metrics, and sales analytics.
Sales & Logistics Support: Drive sales goals, assist with market analysis, and support core marketing and sales operations as needed.

Charismatic & Relationship-Driven: A natural networker who genuinely enjoys talking to producers and building long-term business partnerships.
Road Warrior Mentality: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (including weeks at a time) to visit dealers, attend trade shows, and meet producers on-site.
Digital Savvy: A strong grasp of online marketing strategies, social media engagement, and modern digital communication tools.
Ag Background Preferred: A solid understanding of agronomy, the seed industry, or commodity markets is highly advantageous.
