Objection Proof AI is a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of AI-powered sales automation. We build intelligent voice AI solutions that help businesses connect with leads faster, follow up more consistently, and close more deals.

Our platform integrates seamlessly with the CRMs and tools our clients already use, delivering automated call flows that drive real results.

We’re a small, fast-moving team led by Master Sales Trainer Steve Trang, CEO of Disruptors Companies. Steve has taught thousands of people to sell better and build stronger businesses, and we’re applying that same mindset to AI.

The Opportunities
You’ll be the human face of our AI platform. You’re the person clients rely on from their first onboarding call through every support ticket that follows.

This role is roughly 80% customer success and 20% technical. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to be genuinely tech-savvy:

- Comfortable walking clients through automations

- Diagnosing user-side issues

- Configuring and adjusting call flows, and knowing when to loop in our Integrations team.

The best person in this seat solves the common problems themselves and only escalates what truly needs engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding calls and make sure every new customer knows how to use the system on day one.
Own the client relationship post-launch, check in proactively, drive adoption, and spot ways to deepen their use of the platform.
Monitor, respond to, and resolve client support tickets with clear records and timely updates.
Troubleshoot common client-facing issues (field mapping, trigger logic, sync issues) and escalate complex technical problems to the Integrations team.
Build and maintain client-facing documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to reduce repeat questions.
Channel client feedback to the product and integrations teams so the experience keeps improving.

Required Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal English, you can explain technical concepts to non-technical people without making them feel dumb.
Comfort navigating unfamiliar software and CRMs; you don’t panic when a client shows you a tool you’ve never seen before.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively in a professional setting.
Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
A genuine service-first attitude, you get satisfaction from making other people successful.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior customer success, account management, or support experience at a SaaS or tech company.
Working knowledge of CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Podio.
Familiarity with automation platforms or AI / voice products.
Background in sales technology, lead management, or marketing automation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience.
Fully remote, work from anywhere in the U.S. (MST time zone hours).
