Full Job Description

What we are looking for
An excellent judge of character and skills to delegate tasks as efficiently and effectively as possible based on the strengths and weaknesses of the team.
A successful Warehouse Managers that think and plan to prepare how delays in transportation, supply shortages, and staffing issues can impact the supply chain as a whole.
Someone who enjoys multitasking and staying organized.
The ability to optimize logistics systems and handle a high-volume movement of inventory and shipments.
An encouraging and motivational leader who recognizes and rewards success on their team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.
Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees.
Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped on time.
Set goals, motivate, and manage conflict.
