Full Job Description

Missouri Bootheel Regional Consortium – Sikeston, MO

Position: Data Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Sikeston, MO (On-site only- No Remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Salary Range: Mid to High $30,000s (Negotiable based on education and experience)

Position Summary

The Data Coordinator is vital in maintaining and supporting a web-based data system used for internal and external reporting. This position is responsible for data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative support across programs and services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling data and administrative tasks professionally.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter, maintain, and manage data in web-based and internal systems.

· Work closely with management and the Program Evaluator.

· Organize and support accurate data collection and reporting processes.

· Ensure data security, HIPAA compliance, and confidentiality of sensitive information.

· Assist in data program operations and reporting functions.

Preferred Experience

· Experience working with populations such as pregnant women, fathers, infants, childeren and families.

· Familiarity with administrative and data functions in a non-profit or community-based setting, healthcare, or social services setting.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Qualifications

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).

· Strong skills in time management data entry, organization, and recordkeeping.

· Understanding of HIPAA regulations and data integrity practices.

· Effective communication and administrative skills.

· Ability to work independently

Education & Requirements

· Associate degree, business school graduate, or some college in a related field preferred

· Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or similar roles.
