Full Job Description

Overview
Join our dynamic property management team and take charge of overseeing residential and commercial properties with enthusiasm and precision! In this vital role, you will coordinate leasing activities, ensure property maintenance, and uphold excellent customer service standards. Your proactive approach will help create vibrant communities, maintain property value, and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in real estate administration while making a tangible impact on residents' lives.

Duties

Manage property leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and contract execution using platforms like Yardi and OneSite.
Oversee property maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure facilities meet safety and quality standards through facilities management practices.
Administer rent collection, payment processing, and data entry to maintain accurate financial records.
Enforce Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines to promote equitable access for all applicants.
Handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, lease agreements, contracts, and dispute resolution with professionalism.
Conduct regular property inspections, resolve conflicts effectively through conflict management skills, and document all activities thoroughly.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries via phone etiquette and fostering positive relationships through upselling amenities or services.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity in LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs.
Proficiency with Yardi, OneSite, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and other office management software.
Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 policies, and legal contracts.
Excellent organizational skills including data entry, filing, and maintaining detailed records of property operations.
Exceptional customer service abilities complemented by professional phone etiquette and negotiation skills.
Experience in property leasing, facilities management, conflict resolution, and landlord relations.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating proactive problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
