Full Job Description

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing a variety of information in the company's digital systems. The role involves working closely with both warehouse and administrative departments to ensure that order details, inventory counts, and logistics data remain accurate. The position can be fully remote, though some optional in-person collaboration may occur at our Oklahoma City facility.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, edit, and verify information into databases and internal systems.

Process shipment details, customer orders, and inventory adjustments.

Review documents for completeness and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with company standards and privacy policies.

Support warehouse and logistics teams by reconciling digital and physical data.

Generate summary and audit reports for management review.

Communicate with supervisors and teammates - both remote and on-site - to coordinate tasks and ensure accuracy.

Manage daily workloads efficiently while maintaining a high accuracy rate.

Handle confidential data responsibly in both remote and in-office environments.

Assist in developing improved methods for data entry and document control.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

1-3 years of experience as a data entry operator, clerk, or administrative assistant.

Familiarity with warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred.

Experience working independently in a remote or hybrid setting is a plus.

Technical & Soft Skills

Fast and accurate typing (60+ WPM preferred) with minimal errors.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with remote teams.

Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks while meeting deadlines.

Self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.

Work Conditions & Schedule

Full-time position: Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

Flexible scheduling for experienced or high-performing remote team members.
