Full Job Description

Patents Ink, a leader in the technical illustration industry, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our company.

Patents Ink receives hundreds of new illustration cases and subsequent change requests each week by email. Each new order or change request needs to be reviewed, categorized, entered into our database system, and forwarded to the appropriate party for further processing.

A successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Have a strong attention to detail

Excellent critical thinking skills

Have ability to sort and categorize many emails each day

Have an extremely high reading and task comprehension skillset to understand what a client wants in an email and how to process it

We will fully train you on our systems and what is needed to enter information correctly.

If you are articulate, detailed oriented, can enter data accurately, and can effectively communicate through email, then please email us your resume with a detailed cover letter why you are a great candidate for this position.

These positions require no previous experience in the technical illustration field, but rather a natural eye for detail, a winner’s mentality, and a “roll-up your sleeves" attitude.

Patents Ink processes several hundred intellectual property cases each month. The shift available is Full-time 10:30am to 7pm (potential of overtime with the shift ending 10pm occasionally)

We are currently hiring two Full-Time REMOTE workers
