The role is part of the In-Space Systems business unit, which is focused on addressing two of the most compelling challenges in spaceflight today: space infrastructure and increasing mobility on-orbit.

We are a team of collaborators, doers, and problem- solvers who are relentlessly committed to a culture of safety. This position will directly impact space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. The role is part of the Blue National Security business unit, which is focused on addressing two of the most compelling challenges in spaceflight today: space infrastructure and increasing mobility on-orbit. Our Blue Ring product line can support a variety of missions from medium Earth orbit out to the cislunar region.

As part of a hardworking team of specialists and engineers, you will work as a Change and Data Manager focused on change management for the Blue Ring spacecraft product line. In this position, you will perform activities including handling change requests, supporting change impact identification, facilitating change boards, updating change implementation tasks, Data configuration management on Requirements, Engineering documents, and configuration control for revision management.

We are seeking an individual with excellent organization and analytical skills and business and technical acumen who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Passion for our mission and vision is required!

An active TS//SCI security clearance is required prior to start

Responsibilities:

Assess and document proposed configuration changes
Provide timely and high-quality configuration services for product teams
Ensure configuration management methods meet customer requirements
Identify, document, and implement system and process improvements

Qualifications :

Strong organizational and coordination skills
Familiar with technical aerospace design and robust business processes
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Must be able to work onsite in Renton, WA
4+ years in aerospace change management or similar industry
Familiarity with configuration management toolsets
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
BA/BS in a related discipline

Desired:

Highly proficient with business processes and technical aerospace design
Experience with maintaining Contract Data Requirement Lists
CMII certification/training
Proficient with change management tools and configuration databases

Base Pay Range for:

WA applicants is $121,023.00 - $169,432.20

Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
