Full Job Description

SNI Companies has partnered with a respected nonprofit organization to hire a Database Senior Coordinator. This role is responsible for supporting donor acknowledgment and receipt processes while managing critical data entry, database maintenance, and large-scale data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of donor records, supporting the organization's fundraising and stewardship efforts.

Principle Duties:

Enter, maintain, and update constituent and gift records, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the database.
Reconcile gift transactions with accounting, manage coding updates, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Assist with donor acknowledgment processes, including receipt generation, tracking, reporting, and related donor communications.
Support database organization and maintenance through record audits, data cleanup, SOP documentation, filing, and ongoing quality control.
Prepare reports, queries, and data exports, and assist with email marketing distribution lists and communications through Mailchimp and integrated database systems.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in an office environment with database management responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Self-motivated team player who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Passion for nonprofit and social-impact work, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to donors, volunteers, families, and diverse stakeholder groups.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position starts at $21.63 per hour (if annualized $45,000) with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.
