Full Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Oracle Reporting lead with Splash. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Houston, TX (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of Splash and BI Publisher reports
Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to offshore team
Support UAT, defect fixes, and production reporting issues
Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Skills-Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Splash report development
Extensive experience in Oracle BI Publisher (RTF, XML, XDO templates)
Advanced PL/SQL skills (packages, procedures, functions, complex SQL)
Strong understanding of Oracle Databases
Experience in report performance tuning and troubleshooting
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite / Fusion reporting
Exposure to large data volumes and performance optimization
Prior onsite–offshore coordination experience
Location: Remote with Occasional Travel for Houston, TX
