3. Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest IT industry trends and our service offerings to articulate compelling value propositions during client interactions.

4. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and positioning our services as essential solutions to their business challenges.

5. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize leads, ensuring a consistent and organized approach to lead conversion and business development.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and technical experts to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to service implementation.

Qualifications:

1. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.

2. Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with IT support services is advantageous.
