About GeoCentral

GeoCentral is a leading distributor and manufacturer serving specialty retailers throughout North America. Our product categories include gift, garden, home décor, wellness, educational, and seasonal merchandise. We are committed to innovation, customer service, and growth across both traditional and digital sales channels.

We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager to drive growth across Amazon, Faire, our company websites, and future marketplace opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytics, digital merchandising, content strategy, and sales growth to make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow performance across Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
Drive sales growth through Faire and other marketplace and wholesale channels.
Partner with and oversee third-party agencies to maximize performance and results.
Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, profitability, and customer behavior.
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, content, images, and merchandising.
Manage website product content and digital merchandising initiatives.
Develop reporting dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Recommend pricing, promotional, and advertising strategies.
Improve customer retention and repeat purchase performance.
Maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence across all digital channels.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital sales.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business recommendations.
Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Content creation and digital merchandising experience preferred.

What Success Looks Like

During your first year, you will play a key role in helping GeoCentral achieve:

15-20% Amazon sales growth
10-15% Faire sales growth
15%+ total digital sales growth
10% increase in repeat purchases
10% improvement in conversion rates
Optimization of all priority Amazon listings within six months
Executive reporting dashboards developed within the first 90 days

Compensation & Benefits

Commission:

Uncapped commission on digital sales growth above annual budget

Annual Bonus:

Performance bonus based on achievement of digital sales objectives and company goals
