Full Job Description

Personal Injury Case Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote)

Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time (1099 with opportunity to transition to W-2 after one year)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM CST (40 hours per week)

About Us

The Hatton Law Firm is a growing personal injury law firm committed to providing exceptional client service. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Personal Injury Case Coordinator to manage client files from intake through settlement while ensuring every client receives outstanding communication and support.

Responsibilities

Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding the status of their cases.
Request and follow up on medical records and billing from healthcare providers.
Coordinate treatment updates and communicate with medical providers.
Document all case activity accurately in the case management system.
Prepare files for attorney review and settlement demands.
Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on all files.
Assist with settlement disbursement and closing procedures.
Perform additional case management duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Personal Injury Case Management or PI Case Coordination experience (required).
Previous experience working for a U.S. personal injury law firm.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional phone etiquette and client service skills.
Experience with Clio, Filevine, CasePeer, MyCase, or similar legal case management software preferred.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office.

Compensation & Benefits

$15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
Quarterly performance bonus of $500–$1,000 based on individual performance and meeting key performance expectations.
Paid holidays after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.
Three (3) weeks of paid vacation after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.
Opportunity to transition from a 1099 contractor to a W-2 employee after one year, based on performance and business needs.

8:30 AM–5:30 PM Central Time

100% Remote
