We are currently recruiting for a full-time Power Projects Coordinator for our San Jose branch. This role is 100% onsite. The Power Projects Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Power Projects Department team, coordinating bid requests, and assisting in the preparation of quotes and submittals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor emails and route bid requests to appropriate team member.
Enter job information into Job Management and SE Advantage.
Download necessary documents and create submittal packages.
Create Operations and Maintenance Instructions (“O&Ms”).
Complete other tasks as necessary to support the workflow of the projects team.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills:

Computer Skills: Working experience with general proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents and writes routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers/vendors or other employees.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
