As an OAM Doc Drawer…

You will be responsible for performing verifications of employment, scheduling closing with settlement agents, preparing closing documents with posted turn times, reconciling and approving Closing Disclosure, being a point of contact for internal and external parties and ordering wires. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, excellent time management skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to change, and is extremely driven.

Essential Job Functions

Perform verifications of employment within required timeframe.
Coordinates and schedules the closing of loans with Settlement Agent.
Prepares Closing Disclosure and Documents within posted turn times.
Ensure file and documents meet company, investor and compliance requirements.
Balance and order wires.

Qualifications/Experience

Conventional, FHA/VA experience a plus
Knowledge of TRID Guidelines
Knowledge of Encompass is preferred
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must be detail oriented, committed to accuracy with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
You are able to meet critical deadlines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
You have a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
A College degree is desired. High school diploma or GED is required
