Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Responsibilities:

- Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards.
- Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others.

- Work in a fast paced team driven atmosphere.

- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sanitizing and bussing tables and floors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales.
- Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Manage inventory and maintain stock levels to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Utilize retail math skills to accurately ring up customer purchases and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of store products, including their features and benefits.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling practices at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a high level of productivity.

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- A passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
