Listing Manager / Real Estate Assistant The Berman Group at Dickson Realty Reno, NV | Full-Time | In-Office $65,000–$80,000 (based on experience) + Retirement Plan

The Berman Group is a fast-growing real estate team at Dickson Realty, and we're looking for the right person to step into a key role as our Listing Manager / Real Estate Assistant.

This is not just a paperwork job. You'll help run the listing side of our business — keeping listings organized from start to finish, coordinating vendors and timelines, supporting clients, and making sure our marketing gets executed at a high level.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, communicates well, solves problems, and wants to be part of a team that's growing, pushing, and building something special.

What the Job Actually Looks Like

You'll help manage our listings from the time we sign the agreement through closing, and make sure listing marketing — mailers, social media, flyers, digital campaigns — gets handled cleanly and on time.

Key responsibilities:

Preparing listing paperwork and appointment materials
Coordinating vendors, photos, signs, lockboxes, access, and timelines
Entering listings into the MLS accurately
Managing listing files and keeping everything organized
Sending weekly seller updates and tracking showing feedback
Coordinating price changes and marketing adjustments
Communicating with sellers, vendors, agents, and internal team members
Keeping systems updated in Lofty, Dropbox, SkySlope, Follow Up Boss, and TransactionDesk
Supporting files once under contract, alongside our transaction coordinator
Executing listing marketing plans — flyers, postcards, mailers, social posts, digital campaigns
Making sure nothing falls through the cracks

This role has a lot of moving parts. You'll be one of the main people keeping the operation on track.

Requirements

Real estate admin, listing coordination, or transaction coordination experience is a plus
Strong communication skills
