We work closely with restaurant franchises, beauty and skincare brands, lifestyle products, and consumer focused businesses to build long term brand presence through strategic content, short form video, and experiential marketing.

Many of the brands and campaigns we support are influenced by Korean culture, including Korean food, beauty, entertainment, and lifestyle trends, while also collaborating with a wide range of diverse brands across multiple industries.

In addition to managing digital campaigns, Nines Media directly operates retail locations, pop up stores, and brand activations. These operations are supported by integrated e commerce strategies across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Weee, Walmart, and other digital marketplaces.

Position Overview
Nines Media is seeking an experienced E Commerce Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of online marketplace operations across multiple brands. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of platform management, performance optimization, and revenue growth strategies across major e commerce channels.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of accounts from A to Z, including identifying operational inefficiencies, optimizing listings, managing performance, and driving measurable growth. This position is structured for individuals who are results driven and seeking long term opportunity within a multi brand environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage and oversee e commerce operations across platforms including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Weee, Walmart, and other marketplaces
Monitor account performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve sales and efficiency
Optimize product listings, keywords, and content to enhance visibility and conversion
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and overall account performance
Coordinate with internal teams to align product launches, promotions, and inventory planning
Maintain consistent communication regarding account status, performance, and strategy updates
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Account Management and Strategy Responsibilities

Conduct full account audits to identify existing issues and growth opportunities
Implement strategic improvements across listings, pricing, and promotional structures
Manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistent performance and growth
Present findings, strategies, and past experience through case studies or account examples

Candidate Qualifications

Proven experience managing Amazon accounts and familiarity with additional e commerce platforms
Strong understanding of marketplace operations, optimization strategies, and performance metrics
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and consistent updates
Ability to work aligned with United States time zones for daily collaboration
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
Goal oriented with a strong focus on performance and measurable results

Candidates with experience across multiple platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Weee, and Walmart are highly preferred.

Compensation and Structure

Compensation is structured on a post month basis, with payment issued after the completion of the first month of work
This role includes a performance based, commission driven structure designed to reward results and account growth
All work and communication will be conducted through designated company channels outside of marketplace platforms.
