About Us

iFixYouri is a fast paced and customer focused electronics repair company, specializing in the repair and resale of smartphones, tablets, and other devices. With a commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, we're looking for a reliable and detail oriented individual to join our retail team.

Job Summary

We're seeking an organized and tech-savvy Customer Service / E-commerce Sales Associate to help coordinate our e-commerce listings, coordinate online sales, handle device shipping, and provide in-store administrative and customer services support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment and has an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Listing & Sales

Photograph and list refurbished or used devices for sale online
Write clear, compelling product descriptions with accurate technical details
Monitor listings, respond to buyer inquiries, and handle offers or issues
Ensure competitive pricing and optimize listings for visibility and performance

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Package and ship sold items promptly and securely
Maintain accurate tracking records and shipping documentation
Manage inventory of shipping materials and coordinate restocking

Customer Service

Provide administrative support to the retail team (checking in devices, scheduling repairs, calling customers, etc.)
Maintain inventory records for devices and parts
Coordinate with the repair team to identify devices ready for resale
Help with in-store organization, supplies, and day-to-day logistics

Qualifications

Love for all things tech
Experience with online sales platforms preferred
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable with basic photography and image editing for listings
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and general electronics a plus
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Work Environment

Based in our retail store
Collaborative, small team environment
Casual but professional atmosphere

Schedule & Compensation

Flexible hours available
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Potential for growth into full-time or expanded e-commerce roles
