Full Job Description

Position Summary

Taves Estate Cidery is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Orchard Experience Coordinator to help deliver exceptional experiences for guests, cider club members, and online customers. This fully remote role supports guest communications, event coordination, membership services, online order inquiries, and administrative operations that contribute to memorable visitor experiences and long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and enjoys creating positive experiences while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Guest & Member Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and cider club members through phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
Respond to inquiries regarding orchard experiences, cider offerings, memberships, events, reservations, and online orders.
Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer support.
Escalate specialized requests to the appropriate team when necessary.

Experience Coordination

Assist with coordinating guest reservations, seasonal experiences, tours, and special event registrations.
Support cider club membership enrollment, renewals, and account updates.
Coordinate communications related to upcoming events, promotions, and seasonal activities.
Help ensure guests receive accurate information before and after their visits.

Customer Experience

Monitor guest feedback and recommend opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
Follow up on customer questions and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
Support customer engagement initiatives through newsletters, promotional campaigns, and digital communications.
Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits and membership retention.

Administrative Support

Maintain accurate customer, membership, and reservation records.
Perform data entry and update company databases and CRM systems.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
Assist with additional operational projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, event coordination, office administration, call center operations, or administrative support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote work environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based software applications.

Preferred

Experience supporting wineries, cideries, breweries, agritourism businesses, hospitality organizations, or event venues.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, reservation systems, membership management software, or e-commerce platforms.
Experience coordinating customer events, memberships, or guest services.
Previous remote work experience.
