Overview

Join a dynamic and flexible team as a Remote Online English Teacher, where your passion for language education meets innovative teaching technology. In this role, you will deliver engaging, personalized English lessons to diverse learners across the globe, fostering their language skills and confidence in a supportive virtual environment. This paid position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives while enjoying the convenience of working remotely from anywhere. Duties

Conduct live, interactive English lessons via video conferencing software, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with learners’ proficiency levels and learning goals.
Create and customize instructional materials, including digital resources and e-learning modules, to enhance student engagement.
Utilize learning technology and online platforms effectively to facilitate seamless instruction and monitor student progress.
Apply instructional modifications for students with special education needs or varying literacy levels, ensuring inclusive learning environments.
Provide constructive feedback on student performance, track progress, and adjust lesson plans accordingly to maximize learning outcomes.
Maintain professional classroom management by fostering a positive virtual classroom atmosphere and encouraging active participation.

Requirements

Proven experience in online instruction or e-learning platforms, with a strong understanding of video conferencing software.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional materials creation for diverse age groups.
Experience working with children, young learners, or adult language students in ESL (English as a Second Language) tutoring contexts.
Strong writing skills to develop clear instructional content and communicate effectively with students of all ages.
Technical proficiency with digital tools used for remote teaching, including classroom management software and multimedia resources.
Background in literacy education, preschool experience, or special education is highly desirable.
